FAQ

  • How do I order?

    We always recommend preordering to avoid dissapointment, this is essential at the weekends & over the summer.

    We currently only take pre orders online here -> Online Order.

  • Do you deliver?

    We offer delivery on orders within 3 miles.

    We can deliver further if you are having a party if organised in advance.

  • Can I book a table?

    No, we only take preorders.

    We have plenty of tables but a limited amount of oven capacity.

    If you wish to dine in we recommend arriving 10-15 before your preorder slot so that you can grab a table & drinks and let us know you’re here so your pizzas are on plates not in boxes

  • Can we just turn up and eat?

    Of course, we will always try and fit your pizzas in as early as possible. However, you may have quite a wait for pizzas (has been up to 3 hours in the summer) but thats plenty of time to have a couple of our fantastic cocktails or a cold beer.

  • Do you cater for gluten intolerances?

    Yes, we buy in our GF bases in to minimise any cross contamination in our kitchen. However, they are still cooked in the same oven as our standard pizzas but are raised off the deck of the oven on rings.

  • Do you cater to vegans?

    Yes, we have a couple of delicious options for you. Our massivley popular Courgetto can easily be changed to vegan with our homemade pesto. We use VioLife vegan cheese for swapping out the dairy cheese blend. We also carry around 10 vegan toppings at any time, vegan dips, Starters & a dessert.

  • Can we preorder before the day?

    No, to keep it fair to everyone we only allow preorders on the day you wish to dine.

  • Are you dog friendly?

    Yes, of course. All well behaved dogs are welcome both outside & in the downstairs restaurant.

    We recommend however as its usually quite lively that they aren’t brought along to the Arts & Palms evenings (see Whats On for the dates).

  • Can we order online?

    Yes, currently the only portals we’re on is our own online shop front or JustEat.

    However when we get very busy we often pause JustEat orders so that we can prioritise in house orders :)

  • Do you host functions?

    Drop us as much detail in the email link here and we’ll get back to you. Remember to leave your phone number as we find its best to chat through options on the phone.

  • Are you child freindly?

    Yes, we are child & family friendly in our restaurant.

    When we have events on upstairs, children must remain seated unless accompanied by an adult.

  • Do you sell vouchers?

    Yea, course.
